Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach to healthcare that looks at the whole person—not just the symptoms. It is based on the idea that all parts of the body are connected and work best when they are in balance.

Osteopathic Manual Therapists use their hands to feel how the body is moving and functioning. They gently work on muscles, joints, bones, skull, and even internal organs to help relieve pain, improve movement, and support the body’s natural healing ability.

Osteopathy can help from newborns to seniors with a wide range of issues—from back and joint pain to digestive problems and stress-related tension. The goal is always to restore balance in the body and help you feel your best.

The first School of Osteopathy was founded in 1982, in the US. After that it spread across the world. It is a trusted form of care and recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).
